Submissions should be accompanied by the story behind it and will be evaluated not just on the deliciousness of the cuisine but the storytelling that makes the dish so special. All will be evaluated based on their homage to the theme of the week and the story that is shared. Submissions received by 5pm on September 22nd, will be entered for consideration.
